What we collect
When you send an inquiry we store the details you provide (name, business, email, phone, message), the page you sent it from, referrer and campaign parameters, your browser's user agent, and a salted hash of your IP address used only for spam and rate limiting.
How we use it
To reply to your inquiry, to arrange rentals, repairs and maintenance, and to understand which pages lead to inquiries. We do not sell your information.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting product analytics (PostHog) and may use Google Analytics to measure site usage. You can block these with standard browser tools without affecting the site.
Inquiry notifications are delivered through a transactional email provider. We do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
Your rights
Email hello@vcrsupply.com to request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of the information we hold about you.
