01Which Beta speeds does the SL-2700 play?
Beta I, Beta II and Beta III. Most consumer Betamax tapes were recorded in Beta II or III, and the SL-2700 handles both.
02Do you have Betacam or Betacam SP decks?
Not yet. Betacam SP is on our roadmap. Join the waitlist on the Betacam SP format page and we will contact you when a serviced deck is available.
03Can you repair my own Betamax deck?
Yes. Start with the repair intake. Common work includes belt and idler replacement, loading-mechanism repair and head cleaning and alignment.
