How it works.
Routine wear, already accounted for
Belts, pinch rollers, idlers and the other parts that wear through ordinary operation are covered by the rental. Customer-caused damage and misuse are billed separately, and we explain the distinction before any work proceeds.
A swap when service gets serious
When a covered unit needs major repair, we coordinate a swap-in deck so your transfer line keeps running while the original is on our bench.

01How much does it cost to rent a professional VCR deck?
Rental starts at $99 per month per deck with a 3-month minimum and a $250 refundable deposit. Routine wear coverage and swap-in support are included in that price.
02What is the minimum rental period?
Three months. After the minimum, rentals continue month to month and you can return the deck with 30 days' notice.
03Can I rent more than one deck?
Yes. Tell us your unit count, formats and expected volume in the inquiry. Multi-unit rentals are scoped individually.
04Who pays for shipping?
Outbound shipping is included in the first month. Return shipping is at your cost using the packaging we provide. Swap-in units for covered repairs ship at our cost.
05What counts as routine wear?
Normal wear from ordinary operation: belts, pinch rollers, idlers, head cleaning and alignment drift. Damage from drops, liquids, foreign objects or attempts at self-repair is billed separately.
